Hello @webfactoryuk,
Currently, there is no easy way to transfer your Zettle library to WooCommerce.
Many things work quite differently between WooCommerce and Zettle, which makes this a not-so-trivial process.
An export file from the Zettle library could, in theory, be used as a foundation to import the products in WooCommerce.
However, the file format does not work with the default WooCommerce product importer. The export file likely needs many adjustments before it can be imported to WooCommerce with more advanced import tools. Even then, some information like product images would be missing.
Depending on the number of products, it might be easier to create them manually in WooCommerce.
The Zettle plugin currently expects the WooCommerce product library to be the origin of the data to create a synchronized copy in Zettle.
If you only have a few products in WooCommerce, then you can easily sync them over to Zettle without replacing your entire Zettle library.
Effortlessly moving your Zettle library to WooCommerce will only be possible after we completed this feature’s development. There is no set date yet, though.
But in any case, we do appreciate your feedback a lot.
The feedback we receive helps us move the plugin in the right direction, so please do not hesitate to reach out if anything remains unclear.
Kind regards,
Niklas
