Can’t save post when excerpt exceeds 405 characters

  • Since updating the plugin to version 10.4.0 today, I get the following error when my custom excerpt text exceeds 405 characters:

    Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.

    I enabled WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and it appears nothing is being printed to the log when the error occurs
