Button doesn’t appear in mobile

Yesterday I upgraded to express checkout rather than standard PayPal. It worked fine on my pc.Today I tested it with my android tablet and the button is just an inactive gray bar. I use storefront as my theme. I deactivated all other plugins but it was inactive even with all other plugins deactivated. I would really like to use this rather than customers being redirected to paypal.com. Why doesn’t it work on mobile devices?

When I look at your site on my mobile device, I do see the Paypal button on checkout. Here’s what I see on my end:
