Adding Video – file size limitations

I’m creating video clips for my website. Tried using them on YouTube but YouTube cuts off the audio. So now I’m just trying to add my clips to my own site.

When I upload a video, first it says
This file is too big. Your php.ini upload_max_filesize is 2M.

My hosting company changed it to 100M for me

Now, when I try to upload the 8MG video, I get this:
This file is too big. Your php.ini upload_max_filesize is 100M

I’m frustrated and could sure use some direction. Yes, I have gone through the help forums and will continue to do so. Have tried multiple player plug-ins as well, but nothing is working right.
