‘No result’ issue

    Hello!

    I am testing the plugin atm and Im using with wit CPT UI plugin where I created a new custom post type and added a taxonomy. Ive set the Filter Posts by Category to filter by my custom taxonomy and nothing shows in front end or in my Visual Composer area when i add the shortcode.
    I the Enable/Disable filter on “ON”-green.
    Could you please adivse me a little Im a bit lost atm.

    Hi @claraelise,

    I checked the attached URL but there is nothing related to our plugin. Maybe you deactivated the plugin.

    “No Results” happened when you did not select any Categories from the backend. You need to select these parameters from plugin backend. Edit your filter and go to general Settings, select your desired custom post type and then custom taxonomy too.
    When you will select any taxonomy then it will load all categories/terms under that taxonomies. Then you need to select that terms.

    Please check you did the same.

    I’m experiencing no results too. The “All” category is highlighted but nothing is showing unless I click a specific category.
