No, this free plugin identifies duplicate posts and pages by title, it would not help in your situation.

Sorry no – My plugin does not do what you request, and I do not know of any plugin that does.

I have gotten requests about that feature before, to check if the content is duplicated and perhaps one day I will look at implementing something like that.
