• I purchased the plugin to speed up my site. They offer a 14 day refund policy so I figured, if it doesn’t work I can get my refund. I encountered problems, I opened about 5 support tickets to get help with the issue and they told me they are working on it.

    I had to contact them time and time again to let them know I am waiting for help. I then gave up on them and asked for my refund. They told me I cannot have a refund. I told them it was not my fault, your policy also says if the issue is pending and was not able to be resolved then I am entitled to a refund even after 14 days.

    These people are really really dishonest. The next thing I will do here is to show the emails of the interaction with them, just incase anyone believes they should give this company a try. Dont!
