Delay in posting to Facebook

Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. If I have understood correctly and you mean that posts on the site take 3 hours to update after the post on Facebook, this could be due to a number of reasons, likely due either to the Check for new posts setting under Facebook Feed > Settings, or due to a caching issue in the site otherwise.

Please go to Facebook Feed > Settings and set the Check for new posts to in the background, 30 minutes and click Save Settings & Clear Cache. Then under Facebook Feed > Customize > set the Force cache to clear on interval setting to yes and save changes. Then clear any website cache and observe if the issue continues – the site should update max 30 minutes after the post has been made on Facebook. If you do have further issues please contact us via our support form on our website here, including the System Info from the plugin’s Support tab.

My apologies – I misunderstood the issue my client is having. They’re using a different plugin to push their posts to Facebook, not pull their feed from it. For that, they use your plugin and it’s working fine.
