Unable to view details, invoices, etc in client portal

Hi,
I’ve just set up Jetpack CRM and added my first (test) customer/company and invoice.The customer is able to log into the client portal without any issues, but is unable to view anything other than the Dashboard page. If you click on Invoices, Quotes, Your Details, etc then you just get a page not found error.
When I log in as admin and look at pages, the only one I have is client portal.
Clearly I must have missed a step somewhere in the set up! Can you tell me what I need to do to get this working? Is there a “create pages” step like there is in WooCommerce?
I have no other plugins, and I’m using the WordPress 2020 theme while testing.
