problem with the VAT-amount over the shipping costs

    I’ve a problem with the VAT-amount over the shipping costs. it happens when a order is placed below the minimum order amount and the order is “blocked” for that reason. When a customer adds another article to the cart the VAT amount over the shipping costs have disappeared. When a new order is placed above the minimum order amount the shipping costs are correct.

    We have gone through your query & followed the steps below to reproduce the issue with the shipping vat.

    Set Minimum Order amount : € 23
    Added a product with price : € 18 (Including tax) to the cart.
    The shipping cost is set to : € 04 (With tax its 4.40)
    Tax : 10%

    The following is the cart status with the values above, the values in the screenshot below seem correct to us, can you please help us figure out if there’s anything wrong?
