‘Unexpected server error’ when trying to print out shipping label
-
In the Woocommerce shipping and tax plugin, when I try to print the shipping label and get to the final step, “shipping rates” I get a popup that says, “unexpected server error” I tried getting help from the people who run the plugin who told me, “When WooCommerce Shipping makes a request for shipping rates, that is done via an AJAX request. That request expects a response back in a JSON format. Unfortunately, the response that is coming back is an HTML response which is not a valid response type so the error that you see is triggered,” and that it was a Godaddy Firewall issue. I tried getting Godaddy to fix the issue but they said it wasn’t a firewall issue on their side and to get support from WordPress. I’ve also tried troubleshooting plugins and deactivated sucuri. Can someone please help me I just want to be able to print out my shipping labels.
