    Hi, for the past two weeks we have been unable to send Newsletters. The ‘Send’ button cannot be highlighted only the ‘Save as Draft & Close’ is available?

    I have removed the ‘plugin’ cleaned the Database, Cache etc..

  • I have a similar issue. I am using the MailPoet sending service, which sends the initial ‘click to confirm subscription’ email. The subsequent thank you for subscribing email does not send – or if its sent is not received. Also a test newsletter is not received – it is marked in MP as sent.
    I have also noticed that newsletters can only be sent once, so I have to make a duplicate each time I test.

    Hi @pentoo and @bernwoz,

    It probably means your subscription is still pending approval or that the MailPoet Sending Service is paused for your account.

    Can you please check if you received an email from our team? If so, please contact us here so we can check your accounts.
