oops!! Changed website URL and now I can’t sign on to WordPress to fix it!

I accidentally changed my Website URL in WordPress, and now i can’t sign onto it! i was trying to create a subdomain, and clearly i didn’t know what i was doing. So now i can’t sign onto WordPress, and my website is messed up. HELP PLEASE!!!
