CSV Import issue

I have the following issue with the CSV import function.

I’ve uploaded a CSV file (a test file with only 3 rows), semicolon separator.
I got the modal below:

It is saying that it imported 3 of 3 of my contacts,
but the Total inserted is 0.
There are 0 invalid, etc. So now I don’t know why it is not importing the contacts.
The csv file was made upon the template file.

I saw that there were two fixes regarding csv import in the last two updates.
I tried rollback, but it did not help.
