    Hi everybody,
I am using the free NextGen Gallery Version 5.7. and are happy with it. My website is still under construction.
    My question is:
When using the Gutnberg editor and editing my blocks in the dashboard, I would like to rename the title of the gallery from “NexGen Gallery” into something more informative like “my gallery 1” that I can see whats in the gallery from the caption’s name.
How can I do that or is there a simple way to know the content of this specific gallery from the dashboard view?
    Kind regards
    Uli

  • Hi there ??

Could you please provide us with a full-screen uncropped screenshot in order to understand where is the title located and provide you with guidance? I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL here. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

    Thanks!

    Hi there,
thanks for answering faster than I thought and sorry for my late reply. Here is the link to my screenshot: https://snipboard.io/QGqkwo.jpg
I meant the row above the buttons “EDIT” and “DELETE”. How can I change this caption into something more informativ. The best would be the name of the gallery itself. Is something like that possible?
    Best regards
    Uli

    Hi @uli4591,

I am afraid that this isn’t something changeable at the moment but I will be happy to add this to our “Feature Request” lists and we hope that it will be considered into the context of our plugin’s UI improvement.
