  • What is your hosting environment? RAM, CPU cores etc? Are you on a cheap shared host? If the server isn’t up to it then no amount of optimization will help!

I asked the same question to the hosting company

    they replied this:
It’s not RAM, CPU cores as you’re on a Shared plan, Rajat. Those are only applicable to Cloud hosting. You are supplied with Space Usage and Inode quota

The Usage that you get is 20 GB and 400 000 inode(file) limit. You currently have 6,12 GB of Usage and have 13.88 GB of space remaining and also 226 000 files of space

    I hope this might help

There’s your answer: you’re on a shared host with limited resources.

Ecommerce sites need a higher server spec than other websites – WooCommerce is pretty resource hungry. Basically what’s happening is all the sites on that server are using the same RAM and CPU so you only get a small share of it! You can use this to see how many sites are on the server: https://viewdns.info/reverseip/

can u tell me what are basic requirements I need
I mean how much ram and CPU I need to run the site.
pls help me and what type of hosting you will prefer to me

I’d try something like Cloudways – more expensive but they essential manage a cloud VPS for you – that means yours will be the only site using the resources so you’ll get maximum use of it. Start with the lowest and you can easily upgrade later when your site is busier and you can afford it!

You can find the server recommendations for running WooCommerce here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/server-requirements/

On top of what’s already been highlighted by @seank123, we also have several resources on slow e-commerce site fixes:

    I hope this helps.
