**Excellent Plugin**

  • This plugin is an excellent option for small business Support desk.
    it’s not quite ITSM but it comes pretty close. It does what it says on the tin and its so simple to set up and configure.

    I would love the Time tracking features to be improved a bit, as there is no option to calculate time spent per task over multiple days. It would be great also if there was some auto calculations from time logged to time closed reports etc.
    But I’m by no means complaining.

    Support forum is Ok but could be easier to search and access! just a few tips for room for improvement that’s all!
