Thanks for sharing the URLs. So we viewed the page source for each and the title has no “Next” or “Previous”:

We are not sure why the desktop search results are different but this is not due to our plugin. The issue is related to Google’s index. However, you may consider using the URL Inspection Tool to force Google to update its index.

I’ve already tried with the URL inspection tool but it didn’t work.

@markomarkomarko We’re sorry to hear that didn’t resolve the issue. Can you please confirm whether the URL inspection tool detected any issues for the URLs in question? And did you request that the URL be reindexed?

Also, when you see this issue, is it only for a specific query on the site and if so can you please share what that query is?

this issue is not happening for all articles but only for 10 out of 38 published.
The strange thing is that it only happens if searching through Google.
I’ve tried to reindex these posts several times but it never fixed the issue.
No issues detected from the URL inspection tool.
This is really driving me crazy!
Even because if I use this Google search operator –> site:attrezzidapalestra.net intitle:trx
the result I get is the correct one: https://paste.pics/1f68ad66804370209c85d60e5dc321e4
but if I use this site:attrezzidapalestra.net
I get this: https://paste.pics/eee1ad9bdaf2644444b9eba74d1b5a9d

Just to give you a full picture, the code of the website seems to be ok.

That is quite a strange issue. We’ve known Google to modify the Title/Description that appear in the search results based on the query, but typically that’s in a case where Google finds one of the words in the query as part of the page’s content. I checked on the example URL you provided and was unable to even find the word ‘Previous’ located anywhere in the page’s content or source code, and even it’s presence there wouldn’t directly support that theory since the query itself is just a site:attrezzidapalestra.net query.

Whereas we don’t link to pass you on to a different support channel, in a situation like this where we aren’t able to discern any type of reason behind this modification to the site’s title, your best option would be to open a support thread directly on the support forum for Google Search Console. You can do so at the following link: https://support.google.com/webmasters/community
