Products being removed from feeds

We’ve been using your plugin on the elite version for a while now, and we have a particular issue that is baffling us and i dont believe is covered by other topics.
We have sporadic failures in the products included in these exports to google shopping. Products are selected as included by TAG and are separated into broad categories.
If I go manually refresh the feed, everything goes back to before the reduction????
