Setting Specific Send Day + Vendor Reporting

  • I have two questions

    1) I need my reports to send out at 12:01am on every Friday morning. Does the paid version of the plugin allow me to do this? I see in the documentation the “Send Time” panel has an option for “Days of week”, but I do not see this option with the free version.

    2) I am using the WooCommerce Vendors plugin on my website (https://woocommerce.com/products/product-vendors/). I would like to create a unique weekly report for each of my vendors which only displays products sold by a certain vendor (them). Is there a way to add a selection panel on the Report Variants ? General tab that would allow me to select from the list of vendors and only display their specific sales?

    Hello,

    1) We do not have paid version, this plugin is fully free.
    On report edit page set
    Periodicity Type: Every X Day(s)
    Periodicity: 7
    Send time: hours:12, minutes:1
    Wait before send: Set amount of days to Friday. Plus this amount of days from current day.

    2) Plugin do not have compatibility with Vendors plugin. You can do it only with custom code.

    I apologize, but I do not follow you on #1 above.

    I need this report email to send out on Friday morning, at 12:01am, which is 1 minute into the day. So I assume my “Send Time” would be “0 Hours, 1 Minute”, correct?

    Additionally, I need the report to recap the last 7 days of orders, so because of this I really don’t think I need a set a “Wait Time” because this needs to be sent out immediately as soon as the orders from the last week stop. Does this make sense?

    Lastly, following is a screenshot of what I am seeing on the “Send Time” panel:

    I do not have a “Days of Week” panel, like the following screenshot which is from the plugin documentation:

    Do you know why the “Days of Week” panel is missing from my dashboard?

    Yes, it is strange. Seems this option must be displayed.
    We will check this issue and try to fix it in next plugin release.

    Thanks. And just an FYI I ran a test on a fresh WordPress installation along with no other plugins activated and a default theme and the “Day of Week” option was still unavailable.
