change to woocommerce custom status

Hello,
The user, based on the shipping status, can configure what status you’d like to send back to woocommerce when certain events occur.

But there is a problem: it′s possible to configure 3 events there are only 2 status (processing and complete).

It would be an asset if it were possible to consider 2 more events (like, in delivery and in incidence). And since the most stores in woocommerce have personalized status, i think that the best solution would be: in the settings (plugin) be able to select the custom status for each of these events.

Would that make sense? It would be possible?
