Can’t use “Login and back” with shortcodes?

Hi, the plugin is working as expected. I have two options for restricting content: I can create a restriction and choose the “Login and back” method (my preferred option for all restricted content), or I can use a shortcode on the content of the page with a custom message (This content is restricted to logged in users. Please login <here>.)

Is there any way I can use the “Login and back” functionality with a shortcode? When I use the shortcode method, I don’t get redirected back to the page, just to /wp-admin. I see there are no shortcode parameters for that, like [content_control login_and_back = “true”]the content[/content_control]. Any suggestion how I could accomplish this?
