    Hello Facebook,

So I was wondering, is there a way to fully remove the chat plugin from a website after going through the whole setup process and having it insert a seemingly elusive snippet that can’t be located anywhere? I don’t mean to remove it anyway by asking this question though having apprehension now in case I may have to in the future, seeing that every concern regarding this has gone cold so far.

I also intend to integrate the chat widget into my other website but at this rate am looking to do it manually by copy-pasting the snippet into footer section, just to be safe from not being able to revert the changes. Am I right in assuming things that way? Please let us know of a definitive way to go about the dis-integration process for the plugin widget so that users may have better experience with this plugin.

    Best.

    Hi @bernard11,

If you wish to remove the Chat plugin from your website, you can simply “Deactivate” the plugin in the “Installed Plugins” section of your WordPress Admin Dashboard. This is the standard procedure for activating/deactivating WordPress plugins.

    Hope this helps!
