• Hello,

    After recent update, the metabox in the order admin page, is not showing tracking numbers that were saved in the past.

    I have contacted your support at the Aftership website, and got amatuer frustrating answers from support. “It’s a problem in your browser”. Not it’s not! It’s your buggy code. Look around, you have more complaints in this forum.

    Any help will be highly appreciated.

    You can login to admin.aftership.com We have 24 hours live chat ,our support team we answer you online .

    And you can also send a email to us . apps#aftership.com (replace ‘#’ to ‘@’).

    Hi @amihaidany We have release a new version (1.11.4) , this version fix the tracking missing issue . you can try to updated your plugin .
