Plugin for storing form data in database tables

Hi all..

i need a plugin through which i can get the form data and save it to database. I have searched for plugins on the wordpress site but i was unable to find any plugin that do so. The closest i reached was formbuilder and mm forms.. through these plug-ins i was able to create forms but not been able to save the form data in the database tables.

Plz help …
