Can’t embed WP VR Tour in a lightbox window?

    Hello! I am trying to embed my WP VR Tour into a lightbox / popup / modal window. I’ve tried several different ways but in the popup, the WP VR Tour just shows as blank. Is there a way I can embed the WP VR Tour to display correctly within a lightbox window?

    We don’t have dedicated support for the lightbox/ popup/ modal windows in the plugin.

    So, you may face some issues if you’re trying to embed the virtual tours inside them.

    If you publish the tours without these, they will work just fine.

    Anyway, can you give us the link to any of your pages that are having this issue?

    We’ll have a look and see if we can provide you a solution.

    Thanks for your reply. I’ve inserted a WP VR Tour I created into a Popup Maker (plugin) modal window, linked through to with an image screenshot of the WP VR Tour here. When the popup is opened, the Tour just displays a blank window. Wasn’t sure if there was a workaround for embedding into a lightbox. I can confirm the Tour does work correctly when embedded directly into a page.

    Since the plugin doesn’t have dedicated support for the Pop-up Maker plugin, it won’t be properly working right now.

    In that case, you have to use the tours by publishing them directly on pages.

    We’ll have a look if we can make the plugin compatible with it in the future.
