Entire page renders in hover color for a user

One of my visitors reports that the text of the page below renders in the Hover font color (light blue instead of the correct dark blue). He says all other pages render in dark blue. He is using Windows/Firefox. The page displays correctly on my computer using the same combination, and that of a team member who checked.

I asked him to purge the cache, but he said it only changed part of the font. Does anyone have suggestions as to cause and prevention?
