I installed Autoptimize, and loving the plugin, however, i ran into a challenge… i did a google page speed test and got 37%, very poor result… after analyzing the recommendations, i was pointed to a particular file generated by autoptimize which is https://quiztablet.com/wp-content/cache/autoptimize/css/autoptimize_b27e6869d8f09dac333f2525c893d6b4.css
now this file was said to be render-blocking.
I got another plugin called JS CSS manager, which helped me defer this render-blocking file.
After this, i ran another test and got a leap to 80%… probably good news, but wait a minute, i got a report from search console that my pages are not mobile friendly. when i disable defer for the css file, and test for mobile friendliness, i get a positive result; however, my page speed falls back to base– 37%

please i need expert advice on what to do, i want both the page speed and the mobile friendliness to be up… thanks.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
