Hello everybody. As of today we have the problem that we cannot correct an existing order by changing the payment to “payment pending”. It just doesn’t save the changes made. Otherwise this worked flawlessly and we were able to change something on the articles.
It is also not possible for us to add an order manually. All entries have been made but saving is not possible.
I ask for help. Thanks everyone in advance.
    best regards
    JK

  • Hello,

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Test to see if the issue has been resolved

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Hello. Thank you for your prompt reply. What I might have forgotten to mention is that we are using the Astra theme. I am not actually aware of any problems with WooCommerce here.
New plugins have not been installed recently either.
    Best regards

    Hi there!

Have you tried using the Storefront theme, to see if the issue is related to your theme? Also, please make sure all plugins are updated, to prevent compatibility issues that might be causing this.

Hi guys. i think i have come to a result. I did the test on my staging site. The error occurred both with the storefront theme and with the astra theme after the plugin “product quantity for woocommerce pro” was activated.
What amazes me is that it is one of my oldest plugins in operation and that it was up to date.

    Hello,

The error occurred both with the storefront theme and with the astra theme after the plugin “product quantity for woocommerce pro” was activated.

Thank you for the update! OK, now we recommend reaching out to the developer of “Product quantity for woocommerce pro” as fixes can only be made by the plugin developer.
