• Hi,

    It is a cool feature to be allowed to send email to recipients with ticket content. It would also be very cool to allow recipients to answer to tickets. This way, users, agents, admins and recipients that are not agents or admins could participate in ticket development.
    If we add someone to a ticket as recipient is because that person can add something or needs to be informed of ticket development.

    Hello,

    The additional recipients can reply and view the ticket using ticket url. Enable the ticket notifications to additional recipients from the email setting.
    Please go to Support > Email Notifications > Ticket Notification and edit the “Ticket reply” notification template.
    Select “Additional Ticket Recipients” in the recipients. Now all the notifications will be sent to them.
    Also, add {ticket_url} macro in email body. Via ticket url they can view and reply to the ticket.
