    Hi good day,

    I’m having difficulties in adding questions in quizzes, I’ve already watched couple of tutorials on adding questions on quizzes, my problem was, I can’t add answer to a question. Maybe this is why question don’t save even if it prompted saved. what should I do.

    By the way great plugin, this very helpful, I hope you could help me with this

  • I think. It may cause of other plugin conflicts in your site . Uninstall other plugins one by one and recheck again.

    Please navigate to Tutor settings > general tab and make sure Tutor CSS and JS are enabled.

    Next, disable hard compression of html and js files from your cache plugin.

    Another question, how can I change the layout when viewing lesson in mobile view, problem here is lesson list is not showing

    Css and js setting in Tutor are already enabled, and I didn’t find any cache plugin, what should I do now

    Update,

    I’ve tested the plugin on my local hosted wordpress and it’s working fine, I think i really have to find the plugin that conflicts with, but I’m afraid that the settings of each plugin will revert to its default if I’m going to turn it on and off, is there anyway to do this?

    I’ve tried reinstalling but didn’t solve the problem, checked (erase upon uninstallation), then delete the plugin, download and reinstall,

    what else can I do?

    I already done that, and he is blaming my host which is wordpress.com, but its working fine on the other site that is also hosted by wordpress.com,

    I don’t understand who blamed your host? Is it a multi-site WP installation? Are you on a managed WordPress hosting plan? If so then they tend to have arbitrary cache and security rules which may interfere.
