How to duplicate the sites

  • Hi,
    I need to duplicate (copy-paste) one website from one domain to another domain, so another website.
    It will be in a different language so that I need to duplicate the whole sites and later the owner will translate them by herself.
    What would be the easiest and most efficient way to do so?
