Apparently Jetpack and worpress no longer register the number of access to my sit articles. Google Analitics reports a total number of 300 site access and Jetpack only 30.

Jetpack report only the accesses on the main page as well as on other “pages” such as contact or about us. Jetpack no longer sees the accesses made to the articles (articles, which in wordpress language are different from pages).

Is this from antivirus? or a incompatibility with the php version ?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @razboiulinformational

Jetpack uses a function called wp_footer() to insert the Stats tracking code into your site. Could you check that this function is correctly added to your theme and appears on all pages of your site, as explained here?

    https://jetpack.com/support/wordpress-com-stats/#missing-wpfooter

You will need to click on the section saying **The Stats feature is active, but no visits are being recorded anymore**.

    Thanks!

Thank you for your answer, I found wp_footer in the foot of my site

I have been using the jetpack for three years, I have never had any problems, the problems appeared at the beginning of March. Is there any incompatibility reported with the new php variants?
The only significant action I took was to update the php version ?

    Hi @razboiulinformational,

We aren’t aware of any issues with Jetpack Stats and PHP. We did get some reports related to a plugin conflict last February, though.

I wanted to take a deeper look at it through the Jetpack debugger tool, however, it seems like Jetpack is currently not connected properly with your site, reporting a cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 30001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received error.

Not only do we need Jetpack to be well connected to run our tests, but if this is a glitch that’s happening for a while and you didn’t notice it (for example, if that’s intermittent) the Stats module can’t register all the clicks incoming to your site.

Let’s fix the Jetpack connection so we can go ahead: the error reported above usually means that your web host is blocking some connections Jetpack needs in order to work correctly.

Could you please contact your web host and ask them to make sure that the connections to and from *.wordpress.com are whitelisted? In terms of IP ranges, the following ranges need to be fully whitelisted:

Let me know how you get on. Thanks a lot!

Hello again, I am not an expert on this issue , They told me that they have no restrictions on the sites registered with them but to do more detailed checks they would need “a list of the domain names accessed and what are the associated IP addresses”

“There are no limitations in accessing internal resources, if there is an exact diagnosis of problems with certain domain or IP addresses please return with it in order to make additional checks.”

someone also told me that if there have been changes on my site (due to theme or php updates) that may influence this issue could be seen on this version saved in net archives. I see some changes but I would not know exactly what to look for.

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Looking at your site, everything seems to work well on your home page: the structure of the site is correct there, the footer is there and Jetpack stats are consequently recorded properly.

On your posts, however, the “Weather Layer” widget you’ve added to the sidebar throws an error:

As a result, everything that comes after that widget on the page gets broken: your site’s footer is not displayed, and Jetpack’s stats tracking code cannot be loaded.

That is why no views can be recorded for your posts.

I would consequently recommend that you remove that widget to solve the issue.

Dear Mr. Jeremy Herve you are brilliant. I think I checked the structure of my site point by point for a bug. it was that, you are right everything is fine Thank you Sir.
