Emails not sending, regardless what I do

Very strange email issue that is occurring!
After back and forth with elementor support and getting nowhere I wanted to ask you, dear people. My last resort!The issue I’m having is that when a form is submitted and I use my custom email as a receiver “[email protected]” I don’t receive anything, spam.. inbox.. nothing!
I’ve configured correctly:
“Easy SMTP Plugin” – I know this because it will send test emails successfully, it will actually send mail to a normal “[email protected]” or alike.
I know my email AWS SES is configured correctly as I’ve done tests with Amazon. Correctly configured:
– SPF
– DKIM
– DMARCSo the forms send to Gmail but not custom domain emails? I’ve used the custom email solution from both G-suite and the Microsoft business. Correct MX values but still nothing.
This isn’t even just forms, this is also the same for anything WordPress, like user email confirmations.
Maybe I’m overlooking something? Any help would be much appreciated!
