Change start/end date and certificate download options

  • Hello!

    I have 3 questions about LearnPress and would appreciate your help:

    1. Is it possible to change a start date for a particular student? For example, a student pays for the course but can’t start studying right away. The access to the course materials will expire soon and they haven’t started yet. They’re asking to stop they countdown and start it again. So is it possible to do that or maybe there’s an option that lets the countdown start as soon as the student views the 1st lesson and not when they make a purchase?

    2. Same issue with the end date. Say, a student rolls in, views half a course materials and then has to go on a business trip, so they can’t continue to study. They’re asking to give them more time. Can I do that?

    3. If a student finishes the course they get a certificate. If they don’t finish the course will they still get the certificate? Technically speaking, of course. Do they absolutely have to finish the course to get their certificate?

    1,2: We don’t have the option to change the time for each user, you need to edit in your database.
    3. The student needs to finish the course they can get the certificate, that is required.

    Thank you. For #1-2, do you have any instructions? Do I need to go to the .db file and make changes there or is there another way?
