All Tracking Numbers Removed From Orders

  • I have been running this plugin from last 1 year and after the last update the tracking numbers from the orders have been removed all of a sudden and while the orders are showing shipped/completed the tracking information is blank. How do I get the values back?

  • Yes even I am not able to see the tracking details from all orders aswell as I can’t add any new courier service in aftership

    I have the same problem. All the tracking details are lost!
    Please advise!

    Is this issue still exist?

    You can try rollback to the old version . we won’t delete the previous tracking info .

    You can login to admin.aftership.com We have 24 hours live chat ,our support team we answer you online .

    And you can also send a email to us . apps#aftership.com (replace ‘#’ to ‘@’).
