Error using uploaded font with buttons

    I have uploaded a font using the plugin, but when I use the font on buttons with Elementor there is a visual error. This only happens when used with buttons.

    Also, I placed a support ticket request and had a response asking for our website username and password to investigate which sounds dodgy to me. Has anyone else experienced this?

    It seems to be working fine on my end. Would you mind share with us a screenshot showing the visual error you were talking about?

    And regarding asking for the site login, yes, we did it, only if we need to check/investigate the issue further from the backend of the user’s site. However, the site login is asked for that purpose only. We will never do any harm to your site. Even for deactivate the plugins, we will always ask permission before doing it.

    Anyway, if you already opened a ticket, I would suggest you continue the conversation related to the query using the ticket. There you can safely share anything related to your site.
