SMTP ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Connection timed out (110)SMTP connect(

Hi Everyone,

Im gettig this message when trying to set my plugin up:

SMTP ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Connection timed out (110)SMTP connect() failed. https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/Troubleshooting

My emails are hosted by bluehost.

I know there is a trouble shooting oage for this but im quite new to building webites.

Is my host correct?
