Unable to add line breaks in Custom message in Shortcode section

I am using shortcode in my website, when user clicks on the button, this shotrcode will be triggered. I have already set some predefined message so that when customer clicks on the button, they will be redirected to whatsapp with that predefined message. The problem is I have added like Name, Address and other fields (For eg). The message is coming as a single line. How can I add line breaks, I also tried adding <br> tag, but still it’s not supporting.

Please suggest a way to do this.
