1) Remove duplicate modules in JavaScript bundles

In relation to duplicate JavaScript there was a discussion in the AMP GitHub repository. From there you’ll find that there is work being done to reduce the amount of “unused JavaScript” from AMP documents. There is also an open GitHub issue on the Lighthouse repository. This isn’t something we can address on the plugin side unfortunately.

again this something which needs to be addressed AMP upstream (ampthml)

That is a question for AMP core, or it may be a false positive in the PSI audit. Here is a recent issue about it: https://github.com/ampproject/amphtml/issues/33405

Actually in Pagespeed insights for AMP pages only showing this and reducing page rank much.
It needs to fix also.

Even though you have WP Rocket running, your server is responding slowly (over 2 seconds). Is page caching enabled?

It’s worth also checking the performance of the page in the AMP Page Experience Guide. The advice about marking up hero images will largely be addressed in the v2.1 release, for which we’re planning to do a second beta tomorrow.

The issues will be resolved in the upcoming version 2.1 the release is in beta, Feel free to download and try the beta version which will bring performance improvements.

Additionally, apply changes suggested by AMP Page Experience Guide.

Your site may be recording a low PSI score or not able to perform the test with the AMP page experience tool because the server’s response time of your dev server is very high. I am seeing 9 seconds on some occasions. Also, use Persistent Object Caching which can help boost your site speed.

Please use newrelic or Query monitor plugin to check overall site performance to find and fix opportunities to improve site speed. ideally, server response time should be below 600ms
