• When I import Eventbrite event with recurring dates, the import is broken out into all separate shows. For example, I have a recurring event with 4 different show times. When I import using recurring event’s ‘Event ID’ I get 4 different events, instead of one event with 4 show times. Before March 16, 2021, I was able to import an Event ID and have an Eventbrite recurring event page display like the one in the link below:

    https://laughscomedyclub.com/eventbrite-event/comedian-alonzo-bodden-seen-on-nbc-comedy-central-and-conan/

Now when I do imports on, or after, March 22 all recurring event imports get broken into separate shows/pages. The viewer can no longer see a single page with the all recurring show times available in the tickets selector.

Here is a link to a recurring event, imported on March 29,2021. This event was set up the same way as the above link (one event with 4 show times). This import was broken into 4 separate links/pages, instead of a single page with recurring show times listed:

Can you please take a look and see if you can resolve this issue. I believe we have run into this one before.

Thank you for your support, we have enjoyed using this plugin and have it the best available when working properly.

I have activated the link to the page referenced above so you can view it.

    https://laughscomedyclub.com/eventbrite-event/comedian-zoltan-kaszas-2/

This link goes to one of the 4 posts that were created with the import of a recurring event with 4 show times.

    Thank you for your support.

    Thank you for your response.

The page you reference above was constructed using Eventbrite Embed Code, not with the Xylus Eventbrite importer. The pages in my first post above were imported using the Xylus importer. It is possible Eventbrite may be making some changes in the API. I have seen similar issue using the Mailchimp integration.

    Thank you for your support.

    Hello @d37k0 ,

We also use the Eventbrite Embed code to display tickets from Eventbrite events. It seems there must be some changes going on API.

    Thanks

This issue is not Resolved. Do not mislead the viewers. The recurring (multi-date) events do not import correctly, as I described above. If you can’t get this fixed promptly I will be going to xylusthemes.com and requesting a refund.

It’s been broken for a long time now.

Can you please contact us on our website here, as pro support is not allowed here.

    Thanks

    Any response on this?

Same issue on my end. The plugin creates several pages instead of just one page with the ability to choose date.
