My URI, Email and Your Comment fields are all black.

I replaced that file with the original and still the fields are all black. ??

They aren’t blank for me. Try emptying your browser cache.

Dumped cache and deleted internet files but I still get this odd behavior.

Maybe you should change this style:

this is all you need to worry about change to fff instead of 000 as lyklev posted
