Shipping Method cached and cannot be changed

    Hi,

    I got a big problem in a woocommerce webshop, that you can basically not change the shipping method during checkout. In Cart, you change it from shipment to upon collection and on the next page, where you enter user data, the other option is selected in case you chose something else first.

    Does anyone have an idea what might cause this issue?
    I would really appreciate it.

    It sounds like there might be a theme or plugin conflict. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Test to see if the issue has been resolved

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.     Hi @maykato,

    Thank you for your help. The resolution to my issue was just changing the hoster as the old hoster (Strato) was way too slow and caused these issues. Now with All-Inkl. everything is working fine again.
