RSVP “Going” Button Not Working

    Hi,

    The “Going” button is absolutely non-responsive on our events calendar. I am using WP’s events calendar, the Event Tickets free plugin, and the Green Eco theme.

    When I am logged into WP as admin, I can RSVP, the “Going” button pulls up the name and email fields for registering like it should. This is where all the current attendance numbers come from, me putting them in while I am signed in. Otherwise, when I am logged out or when anyone else tries, the button does not work.

    Resolved. It was (surprise) a plugin. The SiteGround plugin in this case.

    I’m having the same issue…I don’t have the ‘SiteGround’ plug-in.

    It’s sad to hear that you’re having trouble with the RSVP button. That button is triggering a JavaScript action to confirm the RSVP, meaning that if there’s some JavaScript conflict (caused by other plugin or the theme) on the page/post/event where the RSVP is then as a consequence it could be breaking the functionality.

    Can you please check the “developer tools” of your browser and see if there’s some other plugin (or the theme) javascript error?
