[Bug] Acf Frontend ignore option “uploaded to post”

  • bug discovered with the “uploaded to post“ option of acf gallery acf frontend ignores this parameter which is primordial for unique posts.

    like my case (real estate) each post (property) is unique and has its own photos.

    Click Edit post > Edit gallery should only allow 2 possible tasks
    – view photos of the post, organize or delete
    – add new photos to post

    no other distractions should be possible such as viewing my other uploads (admin) or other posts from other users.

    this is why “uploaded to post” option exist.

    Another special thank you for this plugin which has evolved with 2 incredible options that save us from using other plugins like

    – Force delete prevents me from using Autoremove Attachments (but it doesn’t work because the uploads are not attached see post here)
    – Filter Media by Author prevents me from using WP Users Media

    I hope you will find a solution to these two problems (attachements and bug uploaded to post)
