Just two Flat Rates based on quanity of items purchased

    This seems to be so easy – yet so difficult.

    Each product is sold in 100g packets.

    There are just 2 shipping Flat Rates for our shipping Zone: $12 for 1-4 packets (400g) OR $25 for 5-10 packets (1kg).

    How can I set this up?
