    I chose the option to sync my WooCommerce products to my Zettle, my whole Zettle library has now gone but no Woo products have synced. I have over 1000 in there…hours and hours of work setting up Zettle gone! Great! Any ideas why Woo won’t sync?

    Hi @kelleri,

    Apologies for the sync issues you are experiencing, we would like to assist you.
    When you select “Add WooCommerce products” at step 2/6, then your Zettle products should remain untouched. Only when you sync with “Replace Zettle library”, then all of your Zettle products will be deleted before the sync is initiated.
    If you created an export of your Zettle products before replacing the library, then the products could be re-imported. Otherwise, the Zettle support can take care of this directly. It’s not a big issue.

    To find out why the sync is not working properly, we would need a bit more insight into your logs.

    Please include your WooCommerce system report, your Zettle log, and a link to this thread.
    You can find them under:
    WooCommerce > Status > Get system report
    and
    WooCommerce > Status > Logs > “zettle-pos-integrations-[…]” in the dropdown on the right side.
