Apologies for the sync issues you are experiencing, we would like to assist you.
When you select “Add WooCommerce products” at step 2/6, then your Zettle products should remain untouched. Only when you sync with “Replace Zettle library”, then all of your Zettle products will be deleted before the sync is initiated.
If you created an export of your Zettle products before replacing the library, then the products could be re-imported. Otherwise, the Zettle support can take care of this directly. It’s not a big issue.
To find out why the sync is not working properly, we would need a bit more insight into your logs.
