not receiving emails when marking an entry not spam

Hello,
When I mark an entry as ‘not SPAM’ it says I should receive an email with the information within a few minutes but I never receive if.
I always check my own spam and junk folders and it’s never there.
It’s possible that I have inadventently blacklisted the address the email comes from, so could you confirm what that is so that I can check and make sure it’s whitelisted?
