Hello,

I don’t know why and how and what, but my web register page is not showing registration success message and not sending registered mail and verification email link too. It just refresh with the registered data still on the form doing nothing, although the user is registered to the DB BUT, the user role is not assigned. Maybe that cause the mail won’t send? because the mail only triggered when the new customer has Customer role while the registered is not.

HELP!

Hi,

This may be because of a plugin/theme conflict. Can you do a conflict test and see if the issue goes away? This doc explains how to do a conflict test if you are not sure: How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?

Hey @champsupertramp

I’ve tried to do plugin test fot my issue, now it’s working

But another problem show up

When i load the login/register page, the form wont show, but if i rescale the browser after the page load with no form, it appear

Any suggestion?

There’s a theme conflict issue.
Please try adding this to your theme styles.css or customizer:
```
.um.um-login,
.um.um-profile,
.um.um-register{
    opacity: 1 !important;
}
```

I can see the Login and Register forms on your site. Please try clearing your browser cache and see if the issue still occurs.

I did clear the page and my browser’s cache.
I even used 3 different browser and 2 different pc, but still, the issue won’t gone

Oh yeah, update

Turns out that was a caching plugin that causes the problem (or idk) I just ignore the issue and work on other progress on my site, don’t know how, after I came back to the issue, it’s gone and now being normal again

Ultimate-member plugin is conflicting with elementor. Now what to do? please help me.
If I deactive elementor then the registration form is showing otherwise not
