• I added the facebook for WooCommerce plugin and got everything to work including the pixel.

However, I’m confused why I’m seeing duplicate listings of some products. When clicking on the listing, they go to the same exact page on my website. I’ve tried resycning, I get the same issues. I tried deleting the products on facebook (even though it tells me that if I’m syncing from a data source, it’ll just be reverted) and that didn’t work either as later, I simply see all the products again.

The weird thing is, not all are getting duplicated.

    Looking forward to your insight.

    Hi @harikjr88

Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry that the plugin is giving you a bit of trouble. Happy to help you with this!

It sounds like you may have had your products sync twice, with different product IDs each time. This would cause some of your products to exist in your Facebook catalog without being linked to a WooCommerce product. Without that connection, the products would not be able to be updated or removed automatically.

Would you please remove one of the products that you are seeing double (both instances) and then re-save that product in your WooCommerce store to force a resync? If both reappear, please let me know. If only one does, then you’ll know it is the one connected to your WooCommerce store and will need to do the same with the rest of your products.

Have you switched on the Enable debug mode in your site? This would be the checkbox under Marketing > Facebook > Debug.

If so, would you please share the latest logs for Facebook for WooCommerce here so I can see if the products are listed more than once? You can use a site like Snippi.com to paste the logs and include a link here.

If not, would you please enable that setting, remove the products from Facebook again, and resync to populate the logs?

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
